What an Idiot this Guy Was! Maybe if he Had a Business Mind.

Financial Wounds

Just imagine this you are on a forum talking about being prepared and taking advantage of the financial crash. You have said nothing about your financial status or flaunted anything. Now you get someone posting this;

I do and have always lived from paycheck to paycheck. If I missed hours due to illness or some other real emergency, I lost that amount of pay, because not every employer I worked for offered sick days. It was all we could do to pay rent and utilities and buy groceries. So many of us have never had the luxury of disposable income to throw out to investments or vacations or summer cottages or any of that sort of thing. Reading about how buying gold should just be a part of my “investment strategy” serves only to irritate me, brother. And it irritates me a lot. I guess that to those of you luxuriating in those ethereal realms of wealth, those of us down here in the real world are just Specifically-Out-of-Luck, huh. Disgusting, man. Really. May those of you living that way be blessed with a real-life dose of what it is to be in need. And may it last long enough to shake some sense into your heads.

He really is not an idiot but unfortunately he has been financially wounded. I wrote an answer that I took down in that I don’t believe he would take it from the proper perspective ,but what if you would write a response like this- I understand that you are just venting and I know how you feel, I have been there myself. But while you are venting you are showing why you are in the circumstances that you are in. Many people feel this same frustration but they are not willing to take accountability. People from all walks of life have been able to rise above their conditions. What I am learning is that in business what separates those that succeed and those that don’t- is a business mind.

Success in Business whether it is a Home Based Business, virtual business or a brick and mortar business has some fundamentals. The main reason for success would be the business mind of the person that gave birth to the venture. A lot of good ideas go ignored because the folks that are selling them don’t have that business mind. So today I was reminded of some beliefs that I have piked up from a book by Anthony Robbins called Unlimited Power. In the book he speaks of 7 beliefs that I presume will help anyone whether in business or not.
1. Everything happens for a reason and a purpose and it serves us- I actually don’t fully agree with everything in this statement. I believe that things happen for a reason and that they can serve us but I don’s agree that they have a purpose. I don’t think our world has as much order as we think it does. I don’t believe that YHWH or some other powers at be are responsible for every random occurrence in the world. I am of the opinion that the reason things happen is from a random convergence of peoples free will along with natural occurrences. I don’t think that things that happen have a purpose. But I do suspect that it everything that happens (baring death, severe brain damage or coma) can genuinely serve us. Your subconscious focus determines the direction of your life. Every adversity can have a seed of benefit if you make it so.
2. There is no such thing as failure only results- I have spoken about this earlier. I have noticed that those people that succeed are not afraid to fail so they go for it. Those that fail are hesitant to fail so they do. Many of us don’t even know what we are afraid of falling toward. We don’t realize that we are probably at the most miserable point as it is. Struggling constantly, not being able to do the things we want to do, when we want to do them with whomever we want to do them with. The people that succeed usually have lived thorough the worst and they understand that they can survive at their worst but they don’t want to, so they go for the best.

It looks like this will have to be a two part article because I have 5 beliefs to go and not enough room to finish. So this will be part one.
